心旷神怡的典故

岳阳楼在现在湖南省的岳市，也就是原旧县城的西门城楼。该楼高三层，向下可看到波光粼粼的洞庭溯。此楼初建于唐朝初年，到北宋年间又加以重修。

膝子京和范仲淹是好朋友：他们两个都在公元1015年考取进士。公元1044年(宋仁宗庆历四年)膝子京担任了岳州知州，次年就重修岳阳楼，并请好友范仲淹为他写篇文章，来记叙这件事。范仲淹就欣然接受了好友的请求，写成了《岳阳楼记》这篇传诵千古的文章。文中写到了在不同的时令、气候条件下，登上岳阳楼所看到的景色和不同的感受。

“至若春和景明，……登斯楼也，则有心旷神怡，宠辱偕忘，把酒临风，其喜洋洋者矣。”写的就是在春风和暖，阳光明媚的时候登上岳阳楼所看到的景色。通过写上一自然段“若夫淫雨霏霏……登斯楼也，则有去国怀乡，忧谗畏讥，满目萧然，感极而悲者矣。”形成对比。这时，你就会觉得心胸开阔，豁然开朗，精神十分愉快；这时，所有的一切荣辱得失都会忘记得一干二净，你再端起洒杯，在阳光的沐浴下，清风的吹拂下，举杯畅饮，这乐趣，真是无穷无尽啊！
