惜指失掌的典故

南朝时期，庐江人何恢特别喜欢年轻貌美的妓女张耀，经常与张饮酒作乐。何恢被任命为广州刺史，在即将赴任前设宴请阮佃夫，席间他频繁向阮夸耀张耀的美貌，说张耀不可多得。阮佃夫看不惯他们就拂袖而去，上书弹劾何恢荒废公务。
